Madrid – An evening walk

Juan and I crossed the Plaza Mayor, few people about, voices and laughter echo across this grand square. The massive statue of King Phillippe dominates; all is lamp -black with windows and doorways spilling golden light.

This is part of Tim’s  Cities series taken from a successful series of monoprints first shown in the Circus Gallery in Marylebone London.
